Our standard bays are designed for up to five players at a time while the VIP bays can accommodate seven players per time. For everyone’s safety, only one
person is allowed to hit a ball at any given time.
A Standard Bay session lasts 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to play and enjoy. VIP Bays include an extended 2-hour session, with the option to add extra playtime in 30-minute increments if you’d like to keep the fun going.

There’s no strict dress code at Golf X — come as you are and express your style! We just ask that guests dress comfortably and appropriately, as we’re a family-friendly, public venue.
Your reserved game time starts exactly at your booked hour, so we recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to check in and make the most of your session. If you arrive late, your playtime will be reduced accordingly, as your bay is held exclusively for you. Please note that if you’re more than 15 minutes late, your bay may be released to other guests without a refund.
Reservations are not required. We always welcome walk-in guests. However, if you have a group of six or more people, we highly recommend booking in advance. Securing two side-by-side bays can be challenging for walk-ins, especially during peak hours.

Our Lifetime Membership is a one-time signup that gives you access to play at Golf X anytime. When you arrive at your bay, simply enter your phone number or email on the game panel — our smart system will recognize you, track your scores, and save your play history automatically.
Yes, every player needs a Lifetime Membership to play at Golf X — it’s a simple, one-time signup. New guests can complete it when they arrive, while returning players can access their existing membership by entering their details on the game panel.
Good news: If you’ve booked a VIP Bay, your Lifetime Membership is automatically included at no extra cost.
